Staff:

Where possible, we have asked admin and marketing staff to work from home. This is to minimise unnecessary travel and social interaction. It also helps us to keep the labs less busy.

Delivery:

We still aim to fulfil orders within the time frame stated in our delivery policy.
Orders for key workers have been prioritized.
