Oakley OX8156 Holbrook RX

These OX8156 Holbrook glasses are one of the best selling glasses we offer. They are made from acetate and have a stylish square frame shape. The OX8156 are suitable for prescription lenses including transitions, varifocals, bifocals and sunglasses options. The best selling variation is the Polished Clear option. The frame comes in two different size options and has a regular fit. The item comes with a standard 2 year Oakley warranty and comes with a designer case and cloth.     I was a little dubious at ordering at first, but I decided that I would chance it and I have to say I am quite impressed. If you are expecting daily progress updates with your order then you will be disappointed. Despatch was 14 days to the day from order (a Friday) and they were received on the following Monday. Quality seems fine (I have a similar pair of Oakley Sunglasses and they are identical) and whilst I have only been wearing these for a couple of days I am quite happy. I have the black and the red/blue.

    As a first time customer of The Glasses Company I was of course going to read a few of the reviews, and to be honest I think a few of the poor reviews were a little unfair.

    I opted for the Oakley Holbrook RX in Satin black and am not disappointed as they came with an original Oakley hard case.

    I ordered my glasses entered my prescription and the whole process took less than 10 mins.

    I was sent a confirmation email and another email to say that my glasses were being glazed at the laboratory and a final email to say that they had been dispatched.

    I received them within two weeks and am very happy with my purchase.

    I would recommend The Glasses Company to anyone 🙂 .

    Ive a head like a melon and the Holbrook is one of the few frames that fit me. To be able to get them, with lenses, at such a great price is a real boon and one that shouldnt be underestimated.

    Was after some funky glasses – these deliver. But what was so good is the service – kept me up to date, and when the first pair failed quality control (these things happen) they told me and accelerated the replacement lenses – they did not send them out – that was fab,. Got to say, everyone, especially me loves these glasses – oh and the very thin lenses are amazing for those who are short sighted – lightest glasses I have ever had.

    Not one to generally write reviews but felt I should this once.

    Buying online is always hit-and-miss especially when its a large sum being laid out to a company youve never beard of or shopped with before, however in this instance I am happy to write and say this company is most definitely a HIT.

    The glass frames are excellent, I have several pairs of Oakley Holbrooks but in “matt black” theyre special even more so with the len prescription in, looks great.

    The platform on which I place my order again was very easy to navigate right down to the last information and feedback when required was within 24hrs.
